• No-Show Policy – Reserved appointments will no longer be allotted to you should you not present yourself to a total of 3 reserved appointments.
• Cancellation Policy – Reserved appointments will no longer be allotted to you should you cancel a total of 3 reservations less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Walk in only.
• Lateness Policy – Belgard reserves the right to cancel your reservation and refuse service should you be 15 mins or more late to your scheduled appointment. It will be registered as a no-show in your client dossier.
• Group Reservation Policy – A deposit of 50 % of the total amount will be required to confirm the presence of your group. (Groupe: 3+people) Deposit is non-refundable should there be any cancellations, no-show or reduction of services less than 24h before appointments.
